This is a short courtesy translation. Only the Russian version is legally binding.
1. Scope
This policy describes how ILS LLC (ООО «АйЭлЭс», the Operator) processes personal data received through the tatsys.ru website (the Site) and by email, under Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. The Site has no forms: to contact us, write to info@tatsys.ru. The policy does not cover data that our clients process in AERO — for that data the client is the operator.

3. What data, why and for how long
- Web server logs — IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page, browser and device data, response code. Purpose: operating and protecting the Site. Basis: the Operator’s legitimate interest. Kept for no more than 90 days.
- Email correspondence — email address, name, position and company if given, message content. Purpose: replying, discussing a demo or implementation, preparing a contract. Kept until the purpose is achieved; deleted if no contract talks start within 12 months of the last message.
- Cookies and Yandex Metrica data — only with consent — cookie identifiers, IP address, browser and device data, pages viewed, referrer, actions on the Site, date and time. Purpose: visit statistics and improving the Site. Basis: your separate consent. Kept until consent is withdrawn, no longer than 1 year.
- Personal data requests — the content of the request and our reply, kept for 3 years.
4. Processor and transfers
With your consent, Yandex Metrica data is processed on the Operator’s behalf by Yandex LLC (ООО «ЯНДЕКС»), with data stored in Russia. Data is disclosed to authorities only as required by Russian law. There is no cross-border transfer. Personal data of Russian citizens is stored in databases located in Russia.
5. Cookies
The Site itself sets no cookies. When Yandex Metrica is enabled, a banner offers “Accept” and “Decline”; nothing loads before you accept. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, in your browser settings, or by email.
6. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask to correct, block or delete it, withdraw consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Write to info@tatsys.ru; we reply within 10 working days (extendable by 5 working days with notice). After consent is withdrawn, data is deleted within 30 days.
7. Changes
New versions are published on this page with a version number and date.
